Website and RFQ submission privacy

Information collected

The RFQ form asks for business contact information and requirement details needed to review a sourcing, quotation, or fulfillment request. Entries stay in the visitor's browser while the form prepares an email draft. The website does not receive or store those entries automatically.

How submissions are used

Information is used to evaluate the requirement, communicate with the requestor, confirm supplier support and commercial terms, and decide whether Blackhaven can prepare a quotation. It is not used to claim an award or create a commitment.

Sensitive information

Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, personal information, export-controlled technical data, protected health information, payment information, or other sensitive material through the form or by email. Contact Blackhaven without attaching the sensitive file to arrange an appropriate transfer method.

Email delivery

The site validates required fields in the browser and opens a prepared draft addressed to Blackhaven. The visitor must review the draft and select Send; the website does not claim or confirm that an email was sent. Ordinary, non-sensitive RFQ documents may be added in the visitor's email app before sending. The website itself does not upload or store files.
